Print books must be mailed to me and are non-returnable. (Email me for a snail address.) Also, I will not pass e-Books I’ve reviewed around to my friends or colleagues. (Hey, I know it’s done, but it’s illegal!) I will give you a thorough, well-written review, and should I hate the book or find tons of errors, plot flaws, etc., you need not worry about a scathing review. I use tact.

Who am I to offer reviews? I have a couple well-established nom de plumes in the traditional print world. I’ve been writing and selling—and yes, even teaching fiction writing for a number of years. I see site after site giving rave reviews to e-Books that makes me scratch my head. So, I decided to offer the occasional review that’s honest and well written.

Email your cover, blurb and link to your publisher’s page. Should your book interest me, I will request it. Be sure to include an email addy that you check regularly. If I do not reply to your request within a month, then it means I’m not interested in the material. Reviews will be posted on this page and I will notify authors when his or her review is posted. The ratings are as follows.

One zinnia: disappointing work.

Two zinnias: mediocre at best.

Three zinnias: average, but could have been better.

Four zinnias: I enjoyed it very much.
